Water Turn-off for 2022
The practice for many years of the Wenatchee Reclamation District is to turn off water into the canal system that originates in Dryden, Washington sometime around the 10th of October. For 2022, the turn-off will be on October 7, 2021. It takes less than a full day for the canal to evacuate to the point of having no irrigation water available so don’t count on irrigating after October 7th. Water will again be available around the 10th of April in 2023 as has been the practice in past years. I will post the exact date when it becomes available.
We will schedule our 3nd annual meeting of the neighborhood just prior to the spring turn-on. Hank
