Past Due Billing Notice sent to 10 on 6/12/24
Dear neighbor, you are a member of the neighborhood association lot owners or renters who use irrigation water from our neighborhood irrigation system (CVTIA – Columbia View Terraces Irrigation Association). Our records show that you have not paid your $20 dues for this 2024 irrigation year which started in April and ends in October.
Please provide your $20 dues payment to Hank LuBean, the CVTIA Administrator, using a check or cash by mailing it or delivering it to:
